Being involved in gaming communities is one of the most passionate and exciting that a gamer can experience. We have seen the uprising of such great competitive talents such as Alucard, Zinoto, Hollywood Sleep, KJH, L-Train and Footwurk to name a few.
Unfortunately there are those who don't have a chance to prove themselves because they don't know events exist. Chances to share their love for gaming with fellow gamers are lost because they are unaware of these events. The Gamer Connect will provide gamers the opportunity to find new events and join the gaming community at large.

Just this month alone, Michigan has produced all of these gaming events.
Finding gaming events used to be difficult for us too. We'd often hear about events from our favorite games after the fact, and that bothered us. The drive to find new people to face is always there, but there are times where finding gaming events within Michigan is like a mini-game in itself. But we believe it shouldn't be this way and created The Gamer Connect on that principle.
We are Gamers!
Up on the D-Pad LLC was founded in 2011 in a living room by a small group who wanted to make a difference to the culture that changed their lives. Today, Up on the D-Pad works with kids to teach them about Game Development while strengthening the Gaming Culture and Infrastructure of Michigan by hosting Tournament and Events to expose more gamers to the esports scene.
